Welcome to Royal Drag Studios

I’ve seen artists spend their life savings to get recorded in the best studio, only to realize that expensive equipment can’t possibly buy the care necessary to make a great sounding track that really pops, all while the engineer/mixer sleepwalks through the process so he can just get home, wishing he were working on a gold record instead of  ”some amateur”.

I’ve also seen artists who trust their good friend to make some cool production choices, but ultimately come out with awful sounding recordings because the equipment and knowhow of tracking/mixing was poor.

I opened up Royal Drag Studios to fill a gap that’s growing wider every day in the music industry, where both home studios and legit studios are satisfying less of their clients – a place where you can get your music tracked on good equipment, mixed with care, and produced to come out sounding exactly the way you want it.

Don’t be fooled-the sound of your tracks really does matter. Maybe not to your friends, but to radio/press/publishing co’s/labels/anyone with a serious job in the industry, it REALLY does. You might not need an grammy-winning team at this phase, but you still want to get industry attention, right? I’m in the business of making my clients proud, and if it’s not what you’re looking for, we’ll both know right off the bat.

I won’t work with just anyone-we’d have to discuss your project. If I feel you’re the right fit for my next endeavor, and you feel my vision is right for your project, then we can get something happening. If not, please don’t take it personally-your music might be great, but it might not be what I’m looking for at the moment.
